These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ottolax platform, website at ottolax.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Titanium Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your credentials confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

The first user to register on a new Ottolax instance is automatically assigned the Admin role. Admin users are responsible for managing access for additional users.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit spam, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service to generate, transmit, or store illegal content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

4. SMS Communications

Titanium Labs LLC (operating as Ottolax) may send you SMS text messages if you opt in. These messages may include account notifications, task completion updates, system status alerts, two-factor authentication codes, and (if you separately consent) marketing messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +18183010760. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on account activity. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. API Usage

Ottolax provides an OpenAI-compatible API. Your use of this API is subject to:

  • Rate limits as specified in the documentation (100 requests/minute per IP; 5 login attempts/minute per IP)
  • The acceptable use policy above
  • Anthropic's usage policies when Claude models are used

We reserve the right to suspend API access for accounts that violate these terms or place excessive load on our infrastructure.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Titanium Labs LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You retain ownership of all content and data you create or store using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic's Claude API. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

AI-generated outputs from the Service are probabilistic and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before relying on them for important decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TITANIUM LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Titanium Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
